This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work on Gallerai.
1. Subscription Access
Gallerai operates on a subscription basis (“Access Pass”), billed either monthly or yearly.
When you subscribe, you receive immediate access to digital content, including AI-generated images, prompts, and downloadable materials.
2. Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Monthly subscriptions renew every month.
Yearly subscriptions renew annually.
You are responsible for managing your subscription through your account.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancelling stops future billing.
You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access upon purchase, all subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:
Access begins immediately
Digital content cannot be “returned”
Refunds are not guaranteed once access is granted
5. EU & UK Consumer Rights
If you are located in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless:
You have accessed the digital content, and
You have expressly consented to immediate access and waived your right of withdrawal
By completing checkout, you agree to immediate access and waive your statutory withdrawal right where permitted by law.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases such as:
Duplicate charges
Technical errors preventing access
Legal or billing mistakes
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively.
