This policy explains how Gallerai images, videos, and prompts may be used.

1. Ownership

All AI-generated images, videos, and prompts available on Gallerai are owned by or licensed to Gallerai, unless otherwise stated.

Access to content does not grant ownership.

2. Permitted Use

With an active subscription, you may:

• View and study content

• Download prompts and assets for personal or educational use

• Use prompts as inspiration or starting points

• Store downloaded PDFs for personal reference

3. Restrictions

You may not, whether for free or for a fee, and whether directly or indirectly:

• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute any Gallerai images, videos, prompts, or any content (“Gallerai Content”) in their original or substantially similar form.

• Publish Gallerai prompts, images, or galleries as standalone products, collections, or libraries (including “prompt books,” downloadable packs, shared Google Drives, Discord folders, or similar).

• Upload, mirror, or otherwise make Gallerai Content available on any third-party website, marketplace, social platform, file-sharing service, or competing product (including “prompt marketplaces” and AI training datasets).

• Use Gallerai Content to train or fine-tune AI models, or contribute it to any dataset used for that purpose.

• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks, or attribution displayed with Gallerai Content.

• Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any paywall, account limit, access control, or technical protection used by Gallerai.

• Claim or imply that Gallerai Content (including exact prompts) is your own original work or proprietary system.

4. Commercial Use Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated, Gallerai content is not licensed for direct commercial resale.

If you adapt prompts or images significantly, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the AI tool’s own licensing terms.

5. Community Submissions

Creators who submit content to Gallerai:

• Retain ownership of their original submissions

• Grant Gallerai permission to display, promote, and distribute them within the platform

6. Enforcement

6.1 Immediate Termination

Any violation of this License Agreement automatically terminates your license to use Gallerai Content. We may, at our sole discretion, immediately:

• revoke or limit your access to Gallerai (without refund), and

• block or close any current or future accounts associated with your email address, IP address, payment method, or identity.

6.2 Monitoring & Investigation

We actively monitor for unauthorized copying, redistribution, and resale of Gallerai Content, including but not limited to:

• prompt and image packs,

• shared drives and downloadable archives, and

• uploads to competing platforms or datasets.

If we reasonably suspect a violation, we may investigate using publicly available information, internal logs, and third-party reporting tools.

6.3 Legal Action & Financial Liability

Unauthorized redistribution or resale of Gallerai Content is treated as intentional infringement of our intellectual property rights. Where permitted by law, we may pursue any and all remedies available, including:

• formal cease-and-desist letters,

• DMCA and similar takedown notices to platforms hosting infringing content,

• claims for injunctive relief (court orders forcing you to stop using or distributing the content), and

• claims for monetary damages, statutory damages, and recovery of our attorneys’ fees and costs.

In some jurisdictions (including the United States), willful copyright infringement can result in statutory damages of up to tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars per infringed work, plus legal fees and interest. We reserve the right to pursue such remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6.4 Reporting Violations.

If you become aware of anyone misusing or redistributing Gallerai Content, please report it to support@gallerai.co. We review all reports and take appropriate action.
